We’ve got a little bit of info to give you, and we need a little bit of info back from you too.

Here goes…

Please get to us for 9.45am. We’re a little out of the way (you can click ‘View larger map’ or ‘Directions’ on the below map to to find us), so give yourself plenty of time and be mindful at some points you will be travelling down a single track road, so go at a steady speed and watch out for wildlife, horses and pedestrians alike.

If you get to this point…

…follow the road round to the left, (its ok to go down the private road) and follow the signs like this.

Follow these, past the houses on the left and then past the stables on the right and straight on up the road and it will get you to our car park. We will meet you here.

You will need a yoga mat (although we do have some lovely thick ones) and please wear loose clothing. We will be doing some grounding through barefoot walking, so if you’re not comfortable with ’naked’ feet, that’s fine, just bring some old socks. We also ask everyone to bring ’simple’ shoes (flip flops or sandals) in case the ground between the spaces is a little uncomfortable for barefoot. It also avoids lace faffing, keeping the transitions smooth.
